General Policies:

Check-in at 2:30m pm, checkout at 10:30 am.
You can enter before if the room is available.
If you want to check out earlier or later, please inform the Reception in advanced.
For later checkout, we offer three options: you can leave your baggage at the reception or if you wish you can stay in the room until 3:00 pm for an extra cost of $15 pending availability. After 3:00 pm we will charge as an extra night.
Our reception is open from 7:30 AM until 9:00PM
Sorry, we do not accept pets.
Smoking is not allowed in the room nor on the Hotel grounds.
Visitors are not allowed without the authorization of the Hotel.
At the reception you can find different children and adult table boardgames. Please feel free to use them. We will be thankful if you would return them at the reception when you have finished.
Unfortunately, the rooms on the upper floor are not good isolated. We ask you please to keep that in mind so as not to disturb the guests on the ground floor.
At our reception we have a couple irons and hair dryers. Please feel free to borrow one if you need to.

Swimming pool Policies:

We have a small cozy swimming pool in our property. We do not have Safeguards on site. Children are not allowed in the swimming pool nor around the swimming pool area without an adult person present.
Children are the responsibility of the parents.
At the reception you can borrow different floating gears for children.
Please ask for your Pool towels at the reception and give it back when you are finished.
Please do not dive nor jump in the pool.
Parties, alcohol drinking, loud music, glasses, or food are not allowed at the swimming pool.

Reservation and Payment Policies

All reservations must be guaranteed with a Credit Card, Bank Transaction or by other means in agreement with the Hotel.
All reservations can be made by E-mail at info@tamarahotel.com or by telephone: 00506 2750-0684 or 00506 8880-0338
Reservations must be fully paid 5 days before arrival.
All reservations made lesser than 5 days prior to arrival day, must be fully paid at the moment of booking.
Reservations made for Easter, Christmas and New Year must be fully paid 15 days prior to entry.
Any cancelation after those dates, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
